Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony have told the rest of the world what they named their boy and girl twins born last Friday. Baby boy is Max and baby girl is Emme according to People magazine.
The new parents welcomed their son and daughter on Feb. 22. Emme was born at 12:12 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz., and Max followed at 12:23 a.m., weighing 6 lbs.
Max is the new John.
Michigan Wolverines women basketball coach Kevin Borseth had a bit of an explosion about his teams lack of offensive rebounding after their game on Thursday night. He also has a nice tirade against the officials who referred the game.
The video is quite reminiscent of Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy’s explosion at a reporter last year.
Skunk rocker Amanda Overmyer, who has performed pretty well on this season’s American Idol, was busted for DUI back in 2006.
She received a suspended sentence of 60 days and was placed on 180 days probation, which ended in August 2007.
She pled guilty and served just six hours in jail immediately following the arrest. She reportedly has had several traffic accidents and had one on her way to Hollywood for Idol.

Stacey Herald suffers from osteogenesis imperfecta which has limited her height to just 28 inches tall. She just recently gave birth to a baby girl that is 18 inches long which is an amazing feat.
The Guinness Book of World Records is investigating Herald’s claim that she is the smallest woman to ever give birth to such a large baby, it is being reported by WLWT Channel 5.Herald, 33, was born with osteogenesis imperfecta, a genetic disorder that causes bones to break easily.
Baby Makaia is unaffected by the disease and should grow to a normal height. Herald has a sixteen month girl who IS affected by osteogenesis imperfect.
Catholic school teacher Melissa Moss is the latest female school teacher to act inappropriately with one of her students. Moss was fired after parents of a fifteen-year-old discovered topless photos that Moss had sent their son.
English teacher Melissa Moss, 27, was fired from her job at the Barat Academy in November after school officials said the teen’s parents, Robert and Kelly Pfeiffer, found the controversial pictures while monitoring his Internet use.
This is the latest of what had turned into a bad phenomenon that happens about once a week it seems. If you have minor children you really should monitor their MySpace or Facebook access.
The Brits have pulled Prince Harry from Afghanistan after Matt Drudge disclosed on The Drudge Report that Harry was indeed in Afghanistan as a solider fighting the Taliban.

“Following a detailed assessment of the risks by the operational chain of command, the decision has been taken … to withdraw Prince Harry from Afghanistan immediately,” the Ministry of Defense confirmed in a statement. “This decision has been taken primarily on the basis that the worldwide media coverage of Prince Harry in Afghanistan could impact on the security of those who are deployed there, as well as the risks to him as an individual soldier.”
I doubt Prince Harry will be too happy that he has been pulled from the war zone. He seems to want to be like every other solider. His fellow soldiers have said glowing things about Harry as a person and soldier.

Mike Smith became a sensation with teenage girls all over the world in the 60’s as the lead singer and keyboardist for the Dave Clark Five. Thursday, Smith died from complications from pneumonia. Smith had been hospitalized due to a spinal cord injury for most of the past five years. Smith was 64-years-old and is survived by his wife.
He was admitted to the intensive care unit Wednesday morning with a chest infection, a complication from a spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed below the ribcage with limited use of his upper body. Lewis said he was injured when he fell from a fence at his home in Spain in September 2003.
Smith had been in the hospital since the accident, and was just released last December when he moved into a specially prepared home near the hospital with his wife.
“These last five years were extremely difficult for Mike. I am incredibly saddened to lose him, his energy and his humor, but I am comforted by the fact that he had the chance to spend his final months and days at home with his loving wife Charlie,” Lewis said.

J.J. Ross caught a full court pass for a fast break dunk that is one of the best high school dunks ever captured on tape. This dunk was featured earlier this week on ESPN.
Another week, another round of cuts on the seventh season of American Idol. This week had been songs of the 70’s and most of the contestants did a pretty good job.

Florida high school History teacher Erica Chevillar made headlines a few years ago when she posed for the USA National Bikini team. Several parents in her school district complained but the school board decided she had not done anything illegal or unethical.
Erica has since then become a WWE Diva and posed in a couple of pictorials for Playboy magazine.

Brooke Hogan’s friend, Christiane Plante, has disclosed publicly that she slept with Brooke’s dad, Hulk Hogan. Plante kissed and told to The National Enquirer about her conquests with the wrestling great.
She says that the marriage was already over and that she was basically just helping cheer the Hulk up during the tough time.
“My relationship with Terry began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong. Having felt the guilt and pain build up, I gave a note to Brooke apologizing for my actions. I will never be able to fully forgive myself for this. I have lost an amazing friend.”
Hulk Hogan’s real name is Terry Bollea. His wife, Linda, filed for divorce back in November.
Lets not make any mistakes. Hulk Hogan is the greatest wrestler of all-time. I believe fame and success with the reality show was not good for anyone involved from mom and dad down to Brooke and Nick.
It has been a very tough twelve months for the Hogans.
