Mitt Romney Drops Out of Presidential Race

Mitt Romney Quits Presidential Race

Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney has suspended his campaign to be the next President of the United States.  Romney had a lot of silvers and bronze finishes in the Republican primary’s but not nearly enough golds to defeat the underdog-that-could, John McCain.

Mitt Romney is giving a speech to officially suspend his presidential campaign and has stated that 4 million people voted for him for president, but that John McCain has had 4.7 million people vote for him.

Romney is also trying to save his political future by not staying in and bashing John McCain and Mike Huckabee.

Don’t look for Romney to get the Republican Vice President nod from McCain.  That is likely to go to Mike ‘Huckleberry’ Huckabee.
