Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss was arrested last night in Nevada for driving while under the influence, driving without a license, and possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription.

Heidi told Page Six that said the arrest was a bit bogus:

In her defense, Heidi told PageSix.com her car was stopped when the cops found her. “I was parked in my car and a cop came banging on my window,” she said. “I did not have my prescription for my Vicodin on me, or my license. I am not 21, I am 42, and when my muscles hurt I need my Vicodin.”

The only real crime here is driving without a license and even that is extremely minor.  Perhaps the drugs were obtained without a prescription.  I don’t think everyone travels with their medical prescriptions with them.  Especially if they are using the daily pill box like gramps or grandma.

Heidi’s passenger, John Owen, was busted for marijuana possession and being under the influence.  Now that’s a bit more serious.
