Paris Hilton’s latest escapade into acting, ‘The Hottie and The Nottie‘, has officially bombed once again.  The romantic comedy opened Friday on 111 screens across the country bringing in a whooping $81 dollars per screen.

The movie will likely do less than a $100,000 gross in the theaters before being canned to DVD and the discount bin at Wal-Mart and Walgreens.

Both Yahoo! critics and viewers of the movie gave it a D-.   Here are a few of the more amusing reviews of the film:

“I knew better than to see this movie. Going home to shoot myself in the head because I can’t live with the embarrassment of having actually giving it the benefit. Why can’t Paris just move to full out porn and skip the dialogue?” – skyhawk105

“Paris did a better job of acting excited in her infamous s tape. You know it’s going to be lame when Paris Hilton is listed as one of the producers. You know how directors take their name off the credits for movies, I would think that all above and below the line talent want to remove their names from this pos.” – classicjake321

“I got to watch this for free last night (cause people I know work at a theater) and I couldn’t stand sitting there. I lasted less than 30 minutes. I went to help CLEAN an empty theater. It’s one thing to see these films on Blockbuster shelves (straight to DVD)- but multiple Execs actually thought people would pay $9 to see this!” – angry_princess_3

“ If you are considering seeing this movie just shoot yourself in the leg it’s less painful. Then when you are done go find Paris Hilton and shoot her in the head. Maybe that would stop her from trying to act. This movie is by far the worst movie I have ever seen!” – LENZ_1079
