Richard Zednik’s Throat Slashed By Ice Skate

The Florida Panthers Richard Zednik had his throat slashed by the ice skate of a member of the Buffalo Sabres during the hockey game between the two teams on Sunday afternoon.  The injury caused an intense loss of blood.  Zednik is out of surgery and in stable condition.

Buffalo won 5-3 in regulation.
