Earlier today we reported that Barron Hilton had been busted by the po-po for driving drunk in Malibu.  The Ole’ Red Barron blew a .14 for the coppers.  Hilton is just 18-years-old so he is drunk if he registers a BAC at all.  His .14 BAC was nearly the .08 legal limit that the state of California has.

Hilton was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and also possession of a fake driver’s license.
