New York City psychologist Kathryn Faughey was found dead in her office.  She had been hacked to death by a meat cleaver according to police detectives.

Police were searching for a male suspect in the Tuesday night killing of Kathryn Faughey at her office on East 79th Street. She lived across the street.Police say a male therapist who attempted to assist Faughey during the attack was also seriously injured with cuts to his face and was taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill/Cornell. He has not been identified.

Likely  one would assume that one of patients is likely the killer.  This is a very sad and tragic story.  Hopefully they can find Kathryn’s killer and bring him or her to justice.
