PEOPLE is reporting that tennis hunk Andy Roddick and bikini model Brooklyn Decker are engaged to wed.  Decker is a model who has appeared in Sports Illustrated’s famous Swimsuit Issue.

On Roddick’s official Web site, andyroddick.com, a statement tells fans, “The couple wanted to tell their family and close friends first but good news travels fast. By the time Andy arrived in Miami for the Sony Ericsson Open, the tournament was bustling with the news.”

Congrats to the happy couple.  Now maybe Andy will be less distracted and might possibly win something important at some point.

Sean Levert of the famous Levert singing family was found collapsed and unresponsive in his jail cell last night.  He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Levert was serving time for failing to pay nearly $80,000 in child support.

The warden of the jail tells TMZ that Sean collapsed at the jail late last night and was immediately rushed to the hospital. He says Sean died at the hospital, not the jail. The warden tells TMZ that they were unaware of any condition Sean may have been suffering from. The Coroner is currently investigating the cause of death.

Levert is the son of Eddie Levert who rose to fame with the O’Jays.  He was the brother of the late Gerald Levert as well. Gerald died in his sleep back in 2006.

Sean made it big several years ago with the song “Casanova”.

It appears that the New Kids On The Block comeback is official as the boys appeared on the Today show this morning to promote just that.

Jack Black hosted tonight’s Kids Choice Awards (KCA) on Nickelodeon.  The big winner as almost anyone could have predicted was teen sensation Miley Cyrus who took home awards for Favorite TV Actress and Favorite Female Singer.

Many Google users were shocked to log onto Google.com this morning and find that the website was nearly entirely black.  So why is Google black today?  We can assure you that it has nothing to do with the Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

On Saturday, March 29, 2008, Earth Hour invites people around the world to turn off their lights for one hour – from 8:00pm to 9:00pm in their local time zone. On this day, cities around the world, including Copenhagen, Chicago, Melbourne, Dubai, and Tel Aviv, will hold events to acknowledge their commitment to energy conservation.

Poison drummer Rikki Rocket was arrested this morning at the Los Angeles airport on a rape warrant out of Mississippi.  Rocket was returning to the States from New Zealand where he had been performing with the band.

Rockett, a former hairdresser whose real name is Richard Ream, was transported to the L.A. County Jail, where he was booked on a felony fugitive sexual assault warrant out of Neshoba County, Mississippi. Where Rockett is exactly right now is unknown.

Either way I am sure Rikki was looking for “nothing but a good time.”

Former N’Sync’er J.C. Chasez is a bit miffed that people and gossip rags are trying to link him romantically to actor Chace Crawford.

“You know what, it’s laughable the first time,” he told PEOPLE at the live finale of Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew. “I think the tenth time, it gets annoying.”

Chasez and Gossip Girls star – most recently linked to Carrie Underwood – have been spotted together a lot recently (from Elton John’s post-Oscar bash to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel this past weekend) – prompting talk of a possible romance.

Chasez is allowed to have guy friends just like former band member Lance Bass is allowed to have guy friends.

Herb Peterson, who created the Egg McMuffin and breakfast at fast food giant McDonald’s, has passed away at the age of 89.

But his more lasting contribution was the Egg McMuffin, a fast-food version of Eggs Benedict. Peterson developed a special teflon ring for cooking the eggs on a hamburger grill. He topped them with a slice of Canadian bacon. And instead of runny hollandaise sauce, he substituted a slice of melted cheese.

The Egg McMuffin became the anchor of McDonald’s new breakfast menu. And when it was rolled out nationally in 1976, restaurants were able to ring up sales for several additional hours every day. Today, breakfast accounts for about a third of McDonald’s total sales, Goldin says. And while fast food competitors have added their own breakfast offerings, but they’ve never really caught up with McDonald’s.

Kimora Lee Simmons is reportedly already knocked up by Djimon Honsou so it it no surprise that she is finally filing for divorce from hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons.

Although the couple separated in March 2006, Kimora Lee Simmons just filed divorce papers Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The 32-year-old Baby Phat fashion designer and reality TV star cited irreconcilable differences.

She and Russell Simmons, 50, have two daughters: 8-year-old Ming Lee and 5-year-old Aoki Lee.

It’s always good to get divorced from husband #1 before the baby from a new daddy arrives.

The bottom three on American Idol this week were Chikezie, Syesha Mercado, and Jason Castro.

Former Idol contestant Kimberly Locke sang ‘Fall’ to help extend the show for advertisors.

Two weeks ago we posted the new Vogue magazine cover featuring basketball star LeBron James and supermodel Gisele Bundchen. There are several in the media who are now saying the cover is racist and is a take on the ‘racist’ image of King Kong holding damsel Ann Darrow in distress (see larger images below).

Mary Gamarra is a weather forecaster on Telemundo’s Cada Dia. Perhaps the weather is not boring anymore. I have always thought weather forcasters have a rather easy job. Get the news from the National Weather Service and then point to a map of the region, read off the five day forecast and drink coffee.

French president Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, a former fashion model, are in London making the political rounds that come with being the head of state. The trip is causing a bit of controversy because auction house Christie’s is selling nude photographs of Carla Bruni from her days as a high-end fashion model.

Sarkozy and his wife, the former supermodel Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, were greeted by the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall after the presidential plane landed at London’s Heathrow airport Wednesday morning.

But his wife Bruni-Sarkozy is likely to attract as much, if not more, attention than her husband during the two-day visit, during which she is expected to meet the UK royals and attend a lunch held in her honor by Sarah Brown, wife of the UK prime minister.

Auction house Christie’s is to sell photographs of former model Bruni-Sarkozy, taken by Michel Comte in 1993, in New York next month, The Associated Press reported Tuesday. The agency quoted the French president’s office as saying the sale is a private matter.

The photos are likely to endure President Sarkozy to millions of Westerners but don’t expect the Brit’s to warm up to Nicolas or his wife. The Brit’s are always looking for a reason to have a rife with the French.
