Kansas State Basketball Analysis

After watching Kansas State get plummeled by Kansas on Saturday night I came up with these two basic understandings of the Kansas State Wildcats team:

  1. The Wildcats are way too dependent upon All-American freshman Michael Beasley.
  2. The Wildcats should go to Beasley on every single possession despite point #1.

He is that good. The best player I can remember seeing in college basketball. Even more versatile than Kevin Durant last year.  Beasley can dominate the paint, shoot three pointers, and makes a very high percentage from the free-throw line.
Beasley had 39 points in limited playing time, due to foul trouble, against Kansas.
