Billy Ray Cyrus denied deleting Lindsay Lohan’s phone number from his daughter Miley Cyrus’ cell phone in an interview with radio host Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday.

On Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday morning, the Idol host brought up reports claiming that the two young stars met Grammy weekend and traded numbers, but that Billy Ray went through Miley’s phone and erased Lindsay’s digits.

Billy Ray’s response: Not true. “We love Lindsay,” he said.

Translation: Heck yeah he deleted Lohan’s number and congrats on doing it Billy!

Miley had a bit of controversy earlier this year for racy photos she placed on MySpace.  Otherwise she has had a squeaky clean image.
