Pogo - gold digger Heather Mills in a display of her psychotic behavior dumped a glass of cold water over Sir Paul McCartney’s lawyer, Fiona Shackleton, during yesterday’s court hearing regarding Mills divorce settlement.

“[Heather] was so angry, she tipped a glass of water over Fiona Shackleton’s head, leaving her with soaking wet hair,” one insider told the paper. “Everyone was stunned. That kind of behavior is just not acceptable.”

Indeed, pictures from the courthouse show Shackleton arriving Monday morning with a bouncy blonde bouffant and leaving at around 2 p.m. with damp locks slicked back behind her ears.

When the BBC asked Mills about the alleged attack, the Dancing with the Stars vet would only say that Shackleton had been “baptized in court.”

No word just yet if any charges will be levied against Mills.  I am surprised she wasn’t held in contempt.  Paul and Heather agreed upon a $50 million dollar settlement in addition to money for child care and schooling for their daughter Beatrice.
