Rick Ross, and I am not sure exactly who he is, has the top album atop the Billboard Top 200 Albums.  The top 10 was turned on it’s head with five newcomers to the list.  New albums by Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe, Miley Cyrus and the ever popular Now 27 make their appearance.  Last week’s #1 Alan Jackson dropped to #5.
