Tyler Hansbrough Wins NCAA Player of the Year
North Carolina junior forward Tyler Hansbrough won the Men’s NCAA College Basketball Player of the Year in a landslide over Kansas State freshman Michael Beasley. The duo received 71 of the national media’s 72 votes. The other vote went to Chris Douglas-Roberts from the University of Memphis.

Hansbrough and Douglas-Roberts play this weekend in the Final Four in San Antonio. They could possibly face off in the final on Monday night.
