Heather Mills took it all of in this photo shoot, even her artificial leg.

Heather had vowed the provocative shoot–with just her hand, a bag and some clever lighting protecting her modesty–would never see the light of day.

They were taken by top fashion photographer Tony McGee in 1999 before she met Sir Paul. Originally she hoped they would promote her anti-land mine charity work.

Heather claimed in her book, Out On A Limb, that she turned her back on raunchy modeling at age 17. She said: “Posing topless just didn’t satisfy me.”

It seems stripping off entirely obviously did.
