Bumpshack’s 2007-2008 NBA Awards
Here are the winners of Bumpshack’s 2007-2008 NBA Awards. Despite David Stern, this NBA season was one of the best of my lifetime and easily the best since Michael Jordan’s retirement from the Chicago Bulls for the second time.
Chris Paul gets my MVP vote as he took the New Orleans Hornets, who were expected to finish near the bottom of the West, and led them to a second place finish in the conference. He averaged 21.1 points – 4.0 rebounds – 11.6 assists compared against just 2.5 turnovers. He also shot 37% from behind the 3-point line and 85% from the charity stripe.
