Actress Gail O’Grady (Boston Legal, NYPD Blue) has filed for bankruptcy but that is not stopping Caesars and Bally’s from going after more than a quarter million dollars in debts the actress borrowed and lost in their casinos.

Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino and Bally’s/Paris Las Vegas filed paperwork in U.S. Bankruptcy court, claiming the “NYPD” star owes them a fortune. According to documents, O’Grady, who has filed for bankruptcy, owes Caesars $160,000 in gambling debts and owes Bally’s $75,000. Both joints want to make sure the bankruptcy judge doesn’t let Gail O off the hook.

The 45-year-old actress claims the casinos knew of her financial situation and still gave her the money at their own peril.  Gail I have a feeling that a bankruptcy judge is going to stay that you knew your financial situation a bit better than any casino or credit card company does.
