I was taking a sneak peek at People’s ‘100 Most Beautiful People’ and was amazed to find that Rumer Willis had made the list. I thought this was a bad joke as Rumer is routinely bashed…for well…not being her mother.
I can propose that having the last name Willis and hanging with BFF Paris Hilton is enough to make you one of People’s ‘Most Beautiful’.

All I know of her is she is underage and gets into clubs to drink with Lohan and Paris Hilton and once was at some marijuana party that got busted. I guess that makes you an “it” girl. LOL You noticed People’s picture of her had half her face hidden. I guess that huge jaw and squinty eyes had to be covered as much as possible. What a joke.
