Death Cab For Cutie took over the top spot on Billboard Top 200 Albums chart this week.  Even old ‘Blue Eyes’ Frank Sinatra made a surprising appearance in the second spot with a greatest hits collection.  Mariah Carey continues to stay strong with “E=MC2.”  Madonna’s “Hard Candy” is continuing to disappoint.
