Tobey Maguire could be done playing Spidey in the extremely lucrative Spider-Man franchise. Latino Review is reporting that Patrick Fugit could be tabbed to replace Maguire in Spider-Man 4.

Laura Ziskin and Grant Curtis are tossing names around. NO OFFERS HAVE BEEN YET. That being said, the name at the top of their list to replace Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker/Spiderman is Patrick Fugit.

Fugit caught his big break playing kid-rock reporter William Miller in Almost Famous.  He has also appeared in White Oleander, Saved, Spun, Wristcutters and The Amateurs.

From the looks of it Fugit would make a pretty good selection to play Peter Parker.
