Repeat: Doug Collins to Coach Chicago Bulls Again

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that the Chicago Bulls have come to an agreement with Doug Collins to be their next head coach.
Paxson has said Collins has one of the best basketball minds around, and chairman Jerry Reinsdorf said he loves Collins despite having fired Collins in a controversial move in 1989.
Collins coached the Bulls from 1986-89 and took the Bulls to the Eastern Conference finals. He also coached the Detroit Pistons and later coached Michael Jordan on the Washington Wizards.
Recently, Collins said he didn’t want to leave his broadcasting job with TNT. Since then, the Bulls landed the No. 1 draft pick.
Is this the best the Bulls could do? Collins knows the game for sure, but he has never taken a team to the NBA Finals. He has never lasted more than 3 seasons at any of his prior three coaching stops. His career playoff record is 15-23. His regular season record is 332-287.
