Alisha Dean and Her MySpace Page Lies
Alisha Dean is just 13-years old but she has had it stated on her MySpage page that she is 19-years old and divorced. She also has sent two men to jail for having sex with her who thought she was of age.
The second man even went to Dean’s father when he realized she might not be legal.
Alisha Dean advertises herself on her Myspace page as 19 and divorced. The page has been marked private since the sentencing Tuesday, but one report said there is footage of Dean dancing and “shaking her womanly booty like she’s working the pole.”
Morris Williams slept with Dean believing she was 19. When he started to suspect she was not of legal age he went to Alisha’s father, Jerry Dean, who told Williams that Alisha was in fact just 13. Dean’s father then called the police and had Williams prosecuted. He is currently serving a year in jail which will be followed by five years of ankle-tracking probation.
Darwin Mills was sentenced to five years in jail for sleeping with Dean when she was 12 and pulling the same stunt on her MySpace page.
This is such a hard case to decipher. It is hard to punish the girl although naturally it seems the right thing to do. Both men should have received just probation and no jail time (especially not five years). The person who should have gone to jail is the girls’ dad for not being aware of what his daughter was/is doing. Reportedly she still has it listed on her page that she is now 16 (actually 13). Punish the dad, ban the internet from their house and get this sick girl some counseling.

And her parents who must be heathens themselves should be serving jail sentences for neglect and endangering the welfare of a child, if they knew she had been sexually active with older men before and they did nothing to stop this type of behavior, they are the ones who deserve punishment and as for the little tramp, she should be put in the custody of the state and forced to get therapy for this deviation of character1 for which is severly afflicted
Dude never should have gone to the dad. He should have just left her alone. What a dummy. If he really, truly wanted to do some good, then he could have mailed an anonymous letter from someplace far away from his home and job.
The fact she still had a My Space page after all this is totally wrong. Her parents need to be held responsible for this and be court ordered to undergo parenting classes or pay restitution to those young men. I would think the father would have questioned the girl as soon as he learned of the situation from the guy involved. It almost seems like a perverted thrill for her dad to know how sexually active his underage daughter was being. She has the mind set that any attenion to be gained from the opposite sex always has to be a sexual one. This will in no way make her a responsible and smart adult someday.
Send her to see me when she is 18. I’ll take care of her.
I’d bet dad is doing her too. He and the mom need to be in prison. If Utah can put a polygamist leader away for 20 years for overseeing the marriage of a 13 year old girl to an adult, why can’t we put these parents away for the same thing? They obviously knew what was going on, they had already put one guy away for this, and it couldn’t have been too long ago. I think dad taught her about sex, and then let her loose so she wouldn’t tell on him.
Just in the U.S.A you go to jail for something like that.
she definetly needs some sort of punishment, as for the parents they should be paying closer attention to what there little girl is up to and or send her ass to boot camp

I don’t give a damn that a 12 or 13 year old is having sex. The age of consent laws are insane.
All the same, the girl’s father, Jerry Dean, is a piece of crap. The girl looks of age, and the second man tried to do the right thing by informing her father what was going on - and daddy sends this man to jail for trying to do right by his daughter. Jerry Dean is a sorry excuse for a sorry excuse for a man.
And THAT said, this is what the law explicitly says. I remember one case where a mother set up her daughter to have sex with multiple men, provided a fake ID and everything. Mommy got some sort of vicarious thrill out of it. All the men who were able to be identified were sent to prison, because they had not been able to recognize that the ID was fake. And that’s what the law says, and that’s what the American people have demanded, over and over again, that the law should say.
Should I mention that the American people are also pieces of crap for allowing such injustice to continue, and calling it justice?
