Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney and his Playmate of the Year wife Tiffany Fallon are the proud parents of a baby boy.  Tiffany gave birth to Jagger Donovan yesterday in Nashville.

Jagger Donovan arrived at 3:50 p.m. in Nashville, tipping the the scales at 6.45 pounds and measuring 20 inches long.

“We are absolutely blown away by this little miracle gift that God has given to us,” the new parents say. “We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for baby Jagger and our new family!”

Rooney and Fallon have been married for two years.
