Tori Spelling has given birth for the second time. This time Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are the proud parents of a baby girl. They have named her Stella Doreen. She was born at 3:13pm PST on June 9th in Los Angeles.

Tori gave birth to her first born Liam Aaron McDermott just last year on March 13th.  Congrats to Tori, Dean and Liam!
