The district attorney’s office in Neshoba County, Mississippi have dropped rape charges against Poison drummer Rikki Rockett.

Rockett was accused by a woman for raping her at a Mississippi casino in the fall of 2007.

The charges were dropped after it was proven that Rocket was in California at the time of the crime.

Mississippi authorities are now looking for John Minskoff who has a history of impersonating rock stars.

I know Rikki is relieved and I really feel for him having to go through such a serious charge made against his reputation.

Rikki and Poison are rehearsing for their upcoming summer tour.
