Marc Chagall Immortalized with Google Logo Tribute

Google changed their homepage logo on Monday (July 7th) to honor and remember the art of Marc Chagall on what would have been Chagall’s 120th birthday.  Chagall was born in 1887 and died in 1985.

His art was associated with the modern movements era.

He was known for using symbolism in his art to help tell a story through his masterpieces. For example horses meant freedom and a tree meant life in his work.
