That extremely average looking woman you see above is (gulp) none other than the once beautiful Penelope Cruz.  Penelope is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’ for her Old Navy ensemble mixed with her freshly butched bangs.

I am not sure if it is the fashion or the bangs but the combination for sure makes her today’s winner.
