Selma Blair showed up for yesterday’s TRL in a black Hefty garbage sack. This puffy jump-short-suit was popular for two months in 1988. Selma is easily our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’.

Blair seems to be having a bit of a wardrobe malfunction around her mid section. On a positive note the fashion choice showed off her long, toned legs.

Selma also won ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’ back on February 10, 2007.
