Chicago teacher Heather Kennedy is facing additional sex charges for sleeping with a 16-year old student. Authorities were tipped and it was discovered she was still seeing the student for romantic liaisons. Kennedy now faces five new charges of statutory rape.

She was busted the first time when the boy explained to his father where he had been when he was late getting home from school.

Nassau District Attorney Kathleen Rice said her office received a tip that Kennedy was continuing to see the boy and detectives from her office confirmed that liaisons were still taking place. Rice also said the boy admitted having sexual intercourse with Kennedy five times since the guilty plea.

These women that sleep with their students deserve a good mental examination more than they do jail time. They should probably be tested 100x over by a psych ward and if deemed mentally fit should then serve any and all jail time.

Kennedy has pled not guilty to the five new charges of statutory rape. She had just pled guilty last month to sexual misconduct with the boy.
