The Dark Knight continues to smash every box office record that it comes in contact with.  Batman, Joker, and crew have sold $222 million dollars of movie tickets in just six days.

The film is the fasted film to cross the $200 million mark.  It took just 5 days for Knight to so.  The previous record was 8 days for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest.

Spider-Man 2 and Star Wars Episode III: The Revenge of the Sith also did it in just five days.
