Divorce Final for Dixie Chick Emily Robison
The divorce between Dixie Chicks star Emily Robison and songwriter Charlie Robison has been finalized according to CMT.
Mr. Robison filed for the divorce in January. They were married in 1999 and have three children. According to papers in the proceedings, their marriage had “become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.”
Robison used in vitro to give birth to their three children Charles Augustus, Julianna Tex and Henry Benjamin. Emily’s older sister Martie Maguire wrote the song ‘Cowboy Take Me Away’ about the courting of Emily and Charlie.
