Kim Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner got their nails done at a Beverly Hills nail salon on Wednesday afternoon. The paparazzi were there to greet them upon exiting the saloon. Perhaps the media hungry Kim even called the paps to tip them off to her whereabouts. It has been awhile since we saw Kim this covered up.
