Jennifer Lopez Fitness Tips on GMA 2

Jennifer Lopez was on ‘Good Morning America’ this morning talking about her post-pregnancy diet and training to compete in a triathlon. Will that come to fruition? I really don’t know and I for sure wouldn’t bet on it.  Although she does have those small compact Michael Phelps legs that could be beneficial in swimming. That massively rump might anchor below the water too much though. It is also a bit hard to imagine her on a bicycle for more than a photo shoot.  She for sure has a body built for pleasure not speed.
