Rhode Island woman Jessica Gonzalez will still be paroled later this month despite a sexual relationship with her work-release supervisor.

Gonzalez was 15 years old when she was convicted in 1998 of killing a former roommate. She is due to be paroled later this month.

She won’t be disciplined for the sexual relationship with her supervisor, but the supervisor will be punished.  Gonzalez is pregnant from the affair.

Gonzalez was just 13-years old when she shot and killed 23-year old Maria Rivera, who was a single mother.  Gonzalez believed Rivera was messing with her man.
