‘Gossip Girl’ star Leighton Meester took time out of her busy schedule on Thursday to support Marshall’s ‘Shop ‘Til It Stops’ campaign against domestic violence.

The 22-year-old Meester has also appeared on ’7th Heaven,’ ‘House,’ ‘Entourage,’ ’8 Simple Rules,’ ‘Entourage,’ and ‘CSI: Miami.’
