Former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general Philip J. Berg is suing Presidential candidate Barack Obama claiming he is constitutionally ineligible to be President. In the video above Berg states that Obama is ineligible because he lost his citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian man and naturalized there. Berg goes on to state that Obama failed to take an oath of allegiance upon returning to the U.S. to regain his citizenship. This story is making news today but isn’t going to go anywhere. Strangely enough John McCain was born down in Panama because of his dad being in the Navy.
