Proud of his dirty work, 18-year old Josh Holly, aka TrainReq from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, admitted a couple of months ago to be responsible for leaking the controversial and racy Miley Cyrus’ photos (wet t-shirt shower photo here & more here»).

TrainReq says he doesn’t dislike Cyrus, writing: “Despite these pictures, I am one of the few people that think she is actually not a slut like people say she is. People just over-hype all the scandals against child stars.”

The untouchable Holly, who kept bragging he would never be caught, was finally raided by the FBI.

But this morning the FBI did find him and, after talking with him for more than an hour about his exploits, served him with a search warrant and a list of items to be seized (which was posted at the hacking site digitalgangster.com after Holly showed it to a friend).

When agents finally left his apartment after conducting an extensive search, they had three computers and Holly’s phone, among other things. Hours after the raid, Holly phoned Threat Level from his sister’s phone to report what had occurred. He hasn’t been arrested or charged with a crime yet.

The kid just wants to be famous or he is a big loser and really needs to find himself a mate. Now Holly is reportedly crying in a corner and trying not to wet his pants.

“I was just kind of scared and shocked at that time.” He told Threat Level, “I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard. I’ve never had anything like this happen before to a point that I just didn’t know what to do. I was afraid to kick them out of my house.”
