Ashley Todd is the crazy 20-year-old girl from Texas that told everyone on Thursday that she was robbed at an ATM.  She then claimed the attacker became enraged she was supporting John McCain and proceeded to carve a (backwards) ‘B’ on her right cheek.  She even had the black eye to go with it.

Twenty-four hours later she admitted to police that she made the entire thing up.  The black eye and the carved face were both self inflicted.  She still hasn’t given a reason to why she did so, but one can assume it was the voices in her head or she was off her meds for a day too long.

I could only laugh tonight and rush to make this post when I saw the above photo of Todd being arrested in her Tennessee Volunteers ‘Big Orange’ sweatshirt. I grew up in Tennessee as a Memphis Tigers fan despising the UT Vols.

So naturally the two, Ashley Todd and UT Vols football, go hand-in-hand this fall as LOSERS!

I actually feel sorry for Vols fans that this pathetic, lying, attention parasite had on their sweatshirt.  On the bright side for Todd, with an official arrest under her belt, she is now eligible to be recruited by the Vols for the upcoming 2009 football season.

The Vols football team has been horrible this year (3-4) and will have to finish strong to make a bowl game.  Their coach Phil Fulmer is on the Krispy Kreme hot seat once again, but is likely to get another contract extension if they can win a couple of more games.  The Vols play the #2 ranked University of Alabama today at 7:45 ET.
