Miley Cyrus had to break out her yellow rubber to combat the rain and messy conditions while in Berlin over the weekend.  Her mom Trish Cyrus tagged along.  She is in the first thumbnail below. Naturally the overexposed Cyrus was being followed throughout Berlin by a film crew.

Miley has been romantically linked to 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston.
