Jessica Alba attended the Keep A Child Alive’s 5th Annual Black Ball at Hammerstein Ballroom Thursday night looking absolutely fabulous. She spoke with People Magazine about motherhood, and revealed the true love of her life. Here’s what she had to say:

“Everything is cute, everything is fun… including the explosive diarrhea – the best ever.”

Meanwhile, Jess is anxiously awaiting her little girl’s first words, telling, “I think she accidentally says ‘Mama’ when she’s crying. But I don’t know if it is on purpose yet.”

“She’s the love of my life. The love is profound. She gives everything more meaning.”

As a mother, I completely agree with everything she said. Motherhood brings new meaning, purpose and absolute, unconditional love and joy into life. Good for her.
