Here is a look at ‘The 10 Sexiest Vampires of All-Time’. The list ranges from TV vampires like Eric Northman (True Blood) and Angel (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) to the dynamic duo of Louis de Pointe du Lac (Brad Pitt) and Lestat de Lioncourt (Tom Cruise) from Interview with the Vampire.

- Brad Pitt as Louis de Pointe du Lac in Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1996) – Louis is a depressed soul after the deaths of his wife and daughter. Lestat tries several times to teach and convert Louis into a vampire. Louis finally crosses over when he bites the neck of a young girl named Claire (Kirsten Dunst). Louis and Claire eventually flee out from Lestat’s control after Claire kills him.
- Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen in Twilight (2008) – Edward is a 107-year-old vampire trapped in a 17-year-old’s body. Isn’t that when most of us were near out sexiest? Isabella Swan (Kristen Stewart) quickly falls for Edward and his family comes to help save Bella once evil vampires move into the region to try to kill her.
- Kate Beckinsale as Selene in Underworld: Evolution (2003, 2006) – Selene might appear more Cat Woman than vampire but she is just as blood thirsty and needy of the dark tomato juice as anyone on this list. At the end of Evolution she realizes that she can finally live in the sunlight and has hope of leaving the violence and death of her vampire ways behind.
- David Boreanaz as Angel in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel (1997-2004) – Angel is the vampire with a soul during the early seasons of Buffy. Angel then leaves her to find redemption from his sins in his aptly titled spinoff Angel which ran for several seasons.
- Salma Hayek as Santanico Pandemonium in From Dusk til Dawn (1996) – Santanico is a stripper at the ‘Titty Twister’ in Texas. The film is normal flick until half way through the reel when all of the strippers turn to vampires and Santanico bites Richie Gecko (Quentin Tarantino).
- Alexander Skarsgard as Eric Northman in True Blood (2008)- A new TV series from HBO that debuted this year. In it Eric Northman is a sheriff of one of the vampire districts. He wields a lot of power in his vampire community mainly with his dashing blonde heroics.
- Aaliyah as Akasha in The Queen of the Damned (2002)- Lestat finds Akasha in a London night club and gets her to follow him to Los Angeles. Here she burns down a club full of Lestat haters and then instructs Lestat to kill Jesse which he does. He then quickly turns on Akasha and kills her.
- Tom Cruise as Lestat de Lioncourt in Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994) – Lestat turns Louis (Brad Pitt) into a vampire before being tricked by Claudia (Kirsten Dunst) into drinking the blood of two dead girls, as he is weakened, she slashes his throat so she and Louis can escape Lestat’s control.
- James Marsters as Spike in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003) – Spike is a villain early on in the TV series but then lines up on Buffy’s side in the later seasons, eventually becoming her lover.
- Dominic Purcell as Drake/Dracula in Blade: Trinity (2004) – Drake is resurrected from the dead in hopes of resurrecting the Vampire nation. He dies at the end of the film when Blade (Wesley Snipes) impales Drake with the Daystar arrow.

This list is just fine…as long as the hottest man is Brad Pitt… i have no problem with that… he has a certain charm that emanates from his eyes that i wish i could see in real life…even now in his forties…he takes my breath away everytime i see him on tely…

Totally agree with Eric! If you read the book series the Eric character is WAY hotter than in the show… However, hands down Eric is the sexiest vampire! As far as Edward goes.. Does he count as a vampire? He doesn’t have human blood?

I kinda of disagree! Need has Eric from True Blood, Spike from Buffy/Angel and ANGEL FROM BUFFY/ANGEL. Angel is the best vampire ever, he is special, has a soul, back to the hell to be with the loved Buffy, is not pale or cold, is a fighter. I believe Meyer’s story is a bad imitation of Whedon’s criation. None beats Buffy, Angel and the immortal love of them. Angel deserve be on the 1#!

I think your list is amazing although I would put Tom Cruise as Lestat in number 1 or 2. (I don’t even like Tom Cruise but I adore Lestat and his character) Might I suggest someone? Search for Damon from The vampire diaries…by my standards..Ian Somerhalder is the world’s sexiest man

OH GOSH ian somerhalder is sooo hot and especially as Damon on The Vampire Diaries but he is hotter than anyone else. Seriously hottest guy alive!!!!!!! SEARCH HIM. he should be number one. Aaliyah was a beautiful woman, but Queen of the Damned was a joke. My boyfriend and I alternately laughed our butts off and got nauseous through the whole film. There was nothing sexy in this movie at all.
As to sexy vampires who should be on the list: Julian Luna and Sasha Luna from TV’s Kindred the Embraced, Javier Vachon from Forever Knight, David from The Lost Boys, and the Mistress of my Heart, Diamondback from Near Dark. (She was hot as Aliens’ Vasquez also)
Why is Robert Pattinson even on this list, he is the ugliest guy alive… plus… he sparkles so he’s not a vampire… he’s a twinkle fairy.

You are totally missing Stuart Townsend as Lestat from Queen of the Damned. He’s got a marvelous body that just looks great in leather pants! And the scene where he crawls across the floor and up the wall. Wow, nothing beats that scene. Also, Keiffer Sutherland should totally be on here as well. He did awesome in The Lost Boys!!
Angel #1! He is the sexiest vampire ever! Whether he’s Angel or Angelus, he’s still sexy! In my opinion, he’s the only vampire in the Buffyverse that can actually pull of the sexy look when he’s transformed into his vampire self! Spike is sexy, but, in my opinion, he just can’t pull off the sexy look when he’s transformed into his vampire self!
