Katy Perry performed at the ONDA Awards in Barcelona, Spain and looked spectacular. Shockingly, she managed to even pull off a halfway classy look, and fit in relatively well with the Latin culture of the event. I don’t completely understand singing such a trashy song (I Kissed a Girl) in such a beautiful gown, but whatever works, I guess.
