Note to self: If you let your husband take naked pictures of you on his phone, remind him not to leave that phone at your local McDonald’s. That’s a lesson that an Arkansas couple has learned the hard way, and to make up for the humiliation, they are suing the franchise owner and store manager. Phillip Sherman left his phone behind there and nude photos of his wife, Tina, surfaced online. Ouch.

The suit was filed Friday and seeks a jury trial and $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home.

The
suit says that Phillip Sherman left the phone the Fayetteville store in
July and that employees promised to secure it until he returned.

Manager Aaron Brummley declined to comment, and other company officials didn’t return messages.

Well boys and girls, I think this is a good lesson for us all. Only take nude pictures on a phone if you are a celeb looking for a publicity boost… Then we are all “lovin’ it”!
