Attorney Anthony Ottaviano, the boyfriend of Edythe Maa, was shot dead in cold blood by David Krieg.  Maa was a dominatrix who went by the name of Jade Vixen and had at least on one occasion serviced Krieg in the past.

Krieg had kidnapped both Ottaviano and Maa. He shot and killed Ottaviano before releasing Maa then killing himself.  Krieg was once a client of Maa/Vixen.

“Jade Vixen – she’s the greatest fetish model since Betty Page!” the madman, David Krieg, gushed on a video on his MySpace page.

Ottaviano worked at the prestigious firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison but lusted after the S&M lifestyle, which turned out to be his downfall.

His passion for the leather-clad lifestyle was shared by Maa, a former Ph.D. student at the University of Pennsylvania known in fetish circles as Jade Vixen.

Police went on to say that Vixen’s clients included men, women, transgenders and about everything kinky and keen to a dominatrix was found in her closet.
