The two men who many hold responsible for the meltdown of Britney Spears- Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lufti- have been accused of harassment by her dad, Jamie Spears.

Britney Spears’s father has obtained new restraining orders against her former manager, her ex-boyfriend and a lawyer, according to court documents filed Friday.

Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who oversee the singer’s affairs as co-conservators, allege the three men “are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears’s health and well being,” the papers say.

In other words, they are worried that they will lose their job as her slave drivers because she will find a way to break free….

“[Britney] innocently informs [Ghalib] of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit,” Jamie Spears says. “[He] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery.”

Her father also alleges that on Dec. 27 and 28, 2008, Lutfi tried to contact Britney through her hairdresser with the message that Lutfi was not responsible for creating the conservatorship.  He allegedly sent a text message to the hairdresser saying, “I’ve done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now.”

Right, because Britney does so much in life “innocently”. She brought those crazy dudes in her life and she needs to kick them out if she wants them to go. She’s a big girl now, Jamie!!!

Kingston Rossdale and little sister Zuma enjoyed a day in a Los Angeles park yesterday, but rocker parents Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were nowhere to be seen. Kingston played on the swings & in the sand, climbed on stone animals, played with action figures, handed out gifts and went for rides on the wagon with the help of some girls who are apparently his nannies.

I guess Gwen and Gavin were having a daytime date together, or maybe they were putting in some studio time. One thing I can definitely say about those two is they produce freakishly cute children!!

Lindsay Lohan worked the red carpet last night at ESPN The Magazine’s Next Super Bowl XLIII party in Tampa, Florida, and girlfriend Samantha Ronson was nowhere to be seen. With super long, wavy hair, skinny jeans and a deep v-cut black shirt, Lohan actually looked hot again. Even though I miss her curves (despite the plunging V, we see NO cleavage), the girl looked better than she had in a long time.

Maybe she went to a Super Bowl party to see some hot boys and get back to her man-loving ways. This lesbian thing has turned her ugly. I want the old Linds back again!!

Evan Rachel Wood, who played Mickey Rourke’s daughter in the movie “The Wrestler“, is now disgusted by the rumors that she was making out with the fifty-six year old actor at this year’s SAG Awards.

“I’m upset because I feel disrespected by the press and by Mr. Rourke,” she told. “Just because I’m single doesn’t mean that you can take advantage of me. It’s unfair that the performances might suffer because of all of these distractions.”

And regarding her alleged affair with Mr. Rourke, Wood says, “I’m not attracted to him, he’s too old for me. Nothing ever happened and nothing ever will.”

Mickey is nasty! I would also feel disrespected if I was ever linked to that thing… I bet he even smells bad! But it doesn’t really surprise me since Evan has the worst taste in men ever! First Marylin Manson, now Mickey Rourke… I see a pattern here!!

Nancy Cartwright, the famous woman who gives voice to one of the most popular characters in history Bart Simpson from the popular show The Simpsons, has used her copyright Bart voice to make message to promote a Scientology conference.

Nancy made a big mistake and will probably face disciplinary action. I don’t think they can fire her! Bart is a main character in the show, Twentieth Century Fox might as well just cancel The Simpsons before they can fire anyone at this moment. But Nancy could get a good cut on her paycheck for her faux pas.

“The Simpsons” executive producer Al Jean released a statement condemning Nancy’s actions.

“This is not authorized by us,” Jean said in a statement. “‘The Simpsons’ does not, and never has, endorsed any religion, philosophy or system of beliefs any more profound than Butterfinger bars.”

Meanwhile the YouTube video of Cartwright’s robocall to Scientology members has been removed due to a copyright claim by Twentieth Century Fox, but you can see hear the message.

But his classroom ethics are put to the test when his students begin to challenge his methods.

Serbis - (R) The Pineda family lives in and operates a run-down theater which shows dated porno double-features. The matriarch Nanay Flor, her daughter Nayda, son-in-law Lando and adopted daughter Jewel take turns manning the ticket booth and canteen. Her nephews Alan and Ronald are respectively the billboard painter and projectionist. As the various members of the family go about their daily activities, we get a glimpse of how they suffer and deal with each other’s sins and vices.

SpeedFit owner Alex Astilean was contacted by a talent agency, knowing he had a brand new Fitness system, to do an exercise video with Jessica Simpson back in 2004. After some difficult negotiations, they settled for 1 million dollars to have both Jessica and her husband Nick Lachey in the video, except Nick might have not known about this deal.

Alex says: “NOW we knew it that Joe Simpson gets the percentage just form Jessica’s work but we never found out if NICK Lachey ever was presented it with the offer of a roll in the new revolutionary exercise video with SPEEDFIT .We felt sorry for what we did by accepting it, we were in such a rush to come out and if this ever gets out Nick should get half of her percentage because he was married to Jessica at that time.”

Joe Simpson’s ambition is endless and he saw an opportunity to make even more money with this exercise video if he could include Jessica’s trainer, Mike Alexander, in the picture. Joe insisted for Alex to teach Mike the SpeedFit Routine.

The secret reason behind Joe’s wish to have Mike in the video was again all about the money since he was also Mike’s manager and would get another good part of his paycheck.

“But for JOE after he had screwed his own son in law for 1/2 Million dollars was still not enough, the money from Jessica side was not enough for another Ferrari for him. He had one red, but he wanted another one black as well.” – Alex confessed.

When Alex refused to teach his innovative fitness routine that infuriated Joe and what happened next was Jessica did the video to get her money but she never approved its release.

Alex tells: “The only reason she still shoot the video was because it was the only way for them to get the $ 500000 which they were held in an escrow account and it could not be release unless she was going to shoot the 3 days for the video.”

So this was some kind of vendetta against Alex and his company SPEEDFIT LLC., which is now facing a serious financial crisis: “By the 29 of January the Emigrant Bank is taking the house away from us, all the assets we had just vanished, we cannot afford anymore a lawyer to litigate with them, they got me at the point where they want me to be, broke, and all I was trying to do is to make this country skinny and leave a decent life creating more good staff for this society.”

This matter is now being handled in court. Alex and his company have taken legal actions against Jessica and Joe Simpson. Just to make things clear, this video might have been leaked from one of the 3 production companies who had access to it and Alex is now being forced to talk about this subject.

About the rumors that Jessica might have been drunk during the video shoot was completely denied by Alex, who claims: “The video is state of the art, she was not drunk she was at the best of her life.”

Jessica WAS NOT drunk! Actually it has been suggested Jessica’s sudden weight gain was another of Joe’s schemes to win the lawsuit by claiming his daughter looks completely different now therefore the video can’t come out.

Let me remind you the video was shot back in 2004 and since then the SpeedFit Routine has been on hold… I think they should come up with a more reasonable excuse! This could be just another example how Joe is completely ruining his daughters’ careers.

Kelly Clarkson has debuted the music video for her first single “My Life Would Suck Without You” from her fourth album “All I Ever Wanted“. I love the video! It’s very colorful, a lot of action and the usual kiss at the end. Kelly looks amazing too! I wonder if she ever thought about an acting career!?!

Kelly said she didn’t recognize the girl on the cover of her own album (see single and album cover here>>): “they have definitely photo-shopped the crap out of me but I don’t care haha.” I would have to disagree because Kelly looks fabulous in this video, just like the girl on her album cover.

Lady GaGa dares to face the chilly London air in nothing but a black PVC bra and a pink rubber skirt while making a tour through the most famous clubs in London. From someone who claims to not have time to go out and party anymore because she is so busy working on her career, Lady GaGa has been clubbing a lot during her European promotional tour.

GaGa says: “Ultimately, you have to give up everything for your craft. If you’re really serious about making music and being an artist as a full-time career, I would give up absolutely everything else and go for it.

“I don’t have relationships, I don’t really party anymore at all; I spend every breathing moment making music and designing for the show and holding rehearsals… It’s a bit psychotic.”

Psychotic of not, GaGa seems a bit out of her mind in these photos! I’m not sure if it’s her horrible fashion sense or the fact that she seems to be a couple drinks away from alcoholic intoxication…

House Bunny star Anna Faris is engaged to fellow actor Chris Pratt according to their representatives.

“They got engaged late last year,” says the rep. No further details were released.

In August, Faris told PEOPLE of the 29-year-old Pratt, “He’s awesome. He’s a great, great guy. I feel really lucky.”

Faris was previously married to Ben Indra.

Why did you decide to get into porn? “I’m doing it for me, to have a good time. As long as you don’t mind taking your clothes off, it’s great.”

How do you reconcile doing porn with raising kids? “Whatever I do in my private life is my private life. When I come home at night, I have my family. The kids are my whole life — this is my business. I give 100 percent to my kids and husband.”

You gave birth three months ago. How did you get back in shape? “I work out two to three hours a day. I do a half-hour of cardio and weights for the rest of the time. My body looks great — I look phenomenal.”

Do you think the public will ever change their perception of you? “I’m the Long Island Lolita who has always been known for a sex scandal. I’m not a criminal. I did something stupid in high school. I’m an adult now and I grew up. I think people are sick of hearing about it. It’s been [almost] 20 years – I’ve moved on.”

The Illinois state senate has found Rod Blagojevich guilty in their impeachment trial of the corrupt governor by a vote of 59-0.

The former governor had refused to take part in the trial, but he surprised everyone by asking to make a closing statement in which he insisted that he should not be tossed out of office on what he called incomplete evidence.

“You haven’t proved a crime, and you can’t because it didn’t happen,” Blagojevich pleaded with state senators. “How can you throw a governor out of office with insufficient and incomplete evidence?”

Lt. governor Pat Quinn will take over as governor of the state of Illinois.  He will be immediatly sworn in to office.  Blago will now have time to watch his Cubs lose, lose, lose, and lose yet again this year.

Actress Kate Hudson is the new cover girl for the February issue of UK InStyle. In the interview Kate touches on some controversial subjects like girls being mean to each other (Kate and Anne Hathaway reportedly have a difficult relationship!), being single (for like a second before she got her claws on a new man!) and her “nearly nude” lingerie.

On girls being mean to each other: “Most of us have been in a situation where women are very threatened by other women. I’ve been in situations where just being happy was a threat to others. But I’m not like that. I was raised to root for other people. And I think we need that”

On being a single mom: “Being a single parent can be difficult, but I don’t feel I am one. Chris and I are co-parenting and traveling is where it gets difficult. Chris [Robinson] is on the road and I’ve had a busy last year, so I am going to take a break in 2009. I want to soak in every little part of who Ryder is.”

On being single: “I’m enjoying being single because I really never have been…I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I’m in something solid. But it’s the first time I’ve taken a step back and gotten a new perspective. I’ve made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible.”

Kate on her own style: “Sometimes I feel a bit schizophrenic, like I have no idea! When I’m going somewhere and I’m tired and not thinking about it at all, what I end up wearing is what I would say my style is. I like things that are comfortable and flowy – and lots of jewelery”

Kate on underwear: “I discovered these great undergarments I can’t live without called ‘Nearly Nude’…They’re so great. And you can wear them under any dress; they’re really thin. Also, Wolford makes a kind of slip that holds you in. It’s a little expensive, but women should invest in that! I don’t go anywhere without Calvin Klein strapless bras, and since I wear a lot of short skirts, I always have…my little boy-shorts to wear under the minis.”

College Candy has come up with a list of the ‘Top 5 Grey’s Anatomy Plotlines That Didn’t Make It.’ This season of the show has had some pretty far fetched episodes that has led some viewers wondering just how far the writers of the show might reach.

Rejected Grey’s Anatomy Plotlines….But Give Them Time..

1. Having a ghost friend is a great idea. It worked for Ghost Whisperer, and Jennifer Love Hewitt is nowhere near as hot as Katherine Heigl. It only makes more sense that a hot ghost with a hot star = ratings galore. I think they missed out on an even bigger opportunity: Izzy is a ghost orgy with Denny and all the patients that ever died at Seattle Grace.

2. McDreamy is just perfect in every way: he’s sexy, he’s funny, and he’s the most talented surgeon ever to grace this planet. Too good to be true, right? Exactly. We never knew anything about Derek’s life before he came to Seattle Grace…until now. Turns out Derek used to be Dayna, a talented female surgeon in New York who was getting nowhere in her career thanks to the Glass Ceiling. Dayna was sick of being picked over in favor of male surgeons, so she decided to take matters into her own hands by performing gender reassignment surgery…on herself. Yes, she’s just that good. You didn’t think a man could have hair that good, did you?

3.  TV dramas love guest stars and Heidi Montag is a media whore - a match made in heaven. Speidi heads to Seattle for another posed photo shoot when Spencer decides that Heidi’s 92 pound frame is just too large. He can’t handle the ounce of fat on her thighs, so he convinces her to get lipo. While in recovery, the hospital is bombed and Heidi is responsible to perform life-saving surgury on all of the doctors at Seattle Grace. In a bikini. Which she then turns into a music video.

The View’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck announced this morning on the air that she is pregnant with her third child according to Knocked Up Celebs.

Elisabeth said she felt extremely nauseous at the Obama Inauguration but that it was just from excitement and fatigue.  She had appeared in several magazines during the past year showing off her stellar physique.

Hasselbeck and her husband, Tim Hasselbeck, have a daughter, Grace 3, and son, Taylor Thomas 1.

Actress Mischa Barton recently celebrated her 23rd birthday at Caviar Kaspia restaurant in Paris (Jan 25) and was caught by the cameras on some hot girl on girl action with an unknown girl friend.
