Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston are starting the New Year spending a lot of money on another romantic shopping spree. Justin continues to use and wreck his girlfriend’s fortune and all he got her were those lousy ripped tights (that’s probably the only thing he can afford!). Being with Miley landed him a new modeling job for “Just Cavalli” with Kate Moss (too bad we can’t see his ugly mug!) and is also reportedly opening doors on a possible country star career.

But for Miley this relationship is serious and she is thinking of getting a cheezy heart-shaped tattoo with Justin’s initials.

“Miley has already drawn up the design. She’s trying to play her mom, Tish, against her dad to get one of them to agree to the tattoo,” a Cyrus pals tells Star. “So far, her mom is the one who seems more cool with the idea than Billy Ray.”

We might have seen a sneak peek of this so called design back in September (photos here>>). I hope this time Billy Ray Cyrus gets to play the sane daddy and completely forbids his 16 year-old daughter from doing a tattoo.
