Miley Cyrus, parents Tish and Billy Ray, and boy toy Justin Gaston all grabbed some lunch yesterday at Paty’s in Toluca Lake. Miley woke sneakers with yellow laces, rolled up ripped jeans, a droopy striped sweater and a messy ponytail. This may be the first time I’ve seen Miley dressing her age- like a girl who just turned 16!!

Her boyfriend, however, was apparently trying to rock the emo look. I’m really not sure if those pants could get any tighter- the dude might as well be wearing leggings. I mean really, I know you are already in with the fam, but couldn’t you show a little more respect than showing off your package to the future in-laws?
