Spencer Pratt and his girlfriend/fiance/wife Heidi Montag are always on the look out for more publicity. Yesterday it came in the form of some milkshake photo ops at Millions of Milkshakes in Los Angeles. While they didn’t get quite as involved as another reality starlet, Spence used the time to show off his newly shaven face. Thank goodness he finally got rid of that nasty flesh-colored beard that made him actually look like the bum that he is.

The duo also mingled with Perez Hilton, which is pretty hilarious considering all the stuff he write about The Hills lovers. I totally love the little shrunken cardigan that Pratt’s wearing. I wonder if he borrowed it from Heidi’s closet?
