The couple who have been doing anything to get in the spotlight lately are taking the next step- guest starring on a hit TV show. Newlyweds and recent parents- Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz- will be appearing on CSI:NY, but will not be playing themselves in the episode slated to air March 18th. The schmoopy-woopy duo will be playing a Bonnie & Clyde couple… should be interesting, eh?

What’s up with all these celebs and their guest-starring gigs? First Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt all did How I Met Your Mother. Then Chris Daughtry, Rumer Willis and now the Wentz’s on CSI:NY. They’re taking over the world!!!
