Celebrity Weight Loss Secrets Revealed!

Ever wondered how Gwyneth Paltrow maintains her great figure… or how Kelly Osbourne lost 40 pounds to go from chubby and funky to curvy and HOT? Well here’s all the info you need to know.

Gwyneth is known for her healthy eating website GOOP and detox diets, but to get her lifted booty, she swears by this butt-toning routine:

“I do it with 1-lb. ankle weights and then I do her (Tracy Anderson) Dance Aerobics DVD,” Paltrow wrote on her blog Goop recently. “Some days I hate it, some days I love it, but above all, I stick with it.”

Kelly Osbourne moved to London two years ago, and since then she has slowly dropped a massive amount of weight. How did she do it?

“I walk five miles on a given day,” she says of the pedestrian-friendly city and learning to take her time when she eats. “It annoys all my friends, but I eat slower and I take smaller bites because then you know when you’re full,” she says. “I don’t eat really, really slow, I just don’t eat like a pig.”

I actually like these tips because they are practical. Most of us little people can’t afford a personal trainer to come to our house two hours a day, but we could all do a video, walk more and eat slower. Thanks, ladies!!!
