Last weekend we let you in on Gwyneth Paltrow & Kelly Osbourne‘s weight loss secrets, and everyone knows how I feel about Kate Winslet‘s rockin’ bod... Today I am here to tell you that you can get Beyonce‘s curvy, sexy muscular body!! Here’s what she does:

Trainer Marco Borges‘ “power moves,” a regimen using several muscle groups simultaneously. “You could perform three different exercises using machines but not have the benefits of one compound move, like a reverse lunge shoulder press. It works all the same muscles and the core,” explains Borges, whose book Power Moves: The 4 Motions to Transform Your Body for Life details his tricks of the trade.

I love doing compound exercises… It saves so much time and when it’s over, your whole body feels completely exhausted. So how come I don’t look like Beyonce? Her waist to hip ratio is ridiculous!!
